Baris Kapiyoldas is a Turkish composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Istanbul, writing and performing mostly modern classical works that balance clarity and restraint.

He favors compact forms and memorable motifs designed for repeat listening, with production choices that keep the piano natural and present. His writing draws quietly on film music, ambient and contemporary classical traditions, without leaning into genre clichés.

His planned trilogy—Solitude (2025), Finds Light (2026) and Before Dawn (forthcoming)—maps a simple arc: from isolation, to illumination, to the first daybreak. Each release is self-contained yet linked, carrying a consistent visual identity and minimal aesthetic.
